It's the sexy, loud, theme-party resort in the Cancún hotel zone — and the one open-minded resort that lets singles in the door. But there's a catch most people get wrong: Temptation is topless, not nude. Here's exactly what that means, what the place is really like, and how it differs from its sister resort Desire.

If a packed nightly entertainment calendar is your idea of a great vacation, Temptation over-delivers. Temptation is all-inclusive with a buffet plus several specialty restaurants (including its signature aphrodisiac dinner-show venue) and a clutch of bars. Service touches — pool butlers, a "whatever, whenever" ethos — are a plus. The honest caveats from guests: dining quality divides opinion for the nightly price, the DJ playlists can feel repetitive, it gets loud near Bash (especially in the busy Feb–March window), and the beach is unremarkable by Cancún standards. There's also a strict guest photo policy (no wide shots) to protect everyone's privacy — a feature, not a bug, for this crowd.
